About me

My name is Vladimír Veverka and I work as a personal fitness trainer and nutritionist in Prague. I have been helping people achieve fitness success for many years. Each of us can imagine something different under this term, which is why it is necessary to approach each client in a unique way. An individual approach is a necessary part of my training, as each of us has a different personality. For someone, it can mean losing 10 kilograms, for someone else, increasing muscle volume or, for example, improving the overall condition, both mental and physical. As a personal fitness trainer, I guide and motivate my clients to achieve the desired results, thanks to which he will fulfill his dream of his dream figure.
