Spartan race sprint is the easiest of the three races. But that doesn't mean it's simple. Perhaps it could be said that it is the most difficult, since usually every competitor starts with it and therefore does not know what awaits him at Spartan races. It is 5+ kilometers and 15+ obstacles.
The Spartan race super is already much harder than the Spartan race sprint. It will test your physical and mental condition very effectively - the unprepared will jump headlong over 13+ kilometers and 20+ obstacles. Spartan race training is already very necessary for this race .
The Spartan race beast race is for seasoned competitors, very well physically and mentally prepared. This race requires really professional Spartan race training , which is often difficult for the competitor to manage on his own. A drill of 20+ kilometers and 25+ obstacles await you, which will challenge unprofessionally prepared race participants.
